Crockpot Buffalo Chicken

Allen and I love anything with buffalo sauce! So, when I found this recipe, I knew I had to try it. It is definitely a winner and SO easy (my type of cooking!) Anyways, thought I'd share in case anyone else loves buffalo chicken as much as we do!

adapted from: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/slow-cooker-buffalo-chicken-sandwiches/
Ingredients:
- 1 jar Buffalo Sauce
- 4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix
-2 tbsp butter

1. Gather all of your ingredients

2. Throw them into the crock pot

3. Cook on low for 6-7 hours

4. Shred chicken

5. Throw back in the crock pot to cook for 10-20 more minutes (chicken will soak up the sauce)

6. EAT!!!

This makes way more than 2 servings worth of chicken, so we usually make all kinds of different meals:
Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Pizza, Croissants, Quesadillas, etc! Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!
